ONLINE INTERNET ORDER OPTIONS:

 

Silk Tree Gardens ships products via the United Parcel Service within the continental United States.   If you have a question about shipping do not hesitate to send an email.

 

If customers encounter any website problems, send an email with a description of the problem and any error codes to:  emg62@columbia.edu

 

 

Customer Information:  Nearly all of the trees shipped from Silk Tree Gardens are already foliated; therefore, for customers outside of the Connecticut, metro New York, and New Jersey areas an express UPS shipping method will be used.  If you receive a tree shipment and the packaging and/or contents are damaged (including concealed damage inside the package), notify the United Parcel Service so that a representative can inspect the carton and contents for a refund.

If you would like to place your order by email send an order request to silktreegardens@msn.comInclude the tree/flower products ordered, quantity ordered for each item, and direct shipping information. You will receive a return email invoice from Paypal where you can then enter your payment information, via a secure, encrypted credit card or telecheck payment method.  United Parcel Service shipping fees will be included in the invoice.  Connecticut residents a 6% sales tax is added.  If you have a question about product availability, do not hesitate to contact via the "Contact Us" webpage.
